Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure your return is accepted.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel at no additional cost.
Quality Check & Refund
After the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
